If you are trying to loose weight
I've been a Gastroenterologist for 14 years and I can tell you that 7 pounds a month is a good amount ... and dont be so hard on yourself it takes time and patience the people who gave you this program probably didn't explain what changed would happen in your body as you start to adjust your distribution of fats ... first you take away the carbohydrates and your bodies learning to burn the calories .. then your body will starve itself using the excess fat for a while and your weight loss will platou for a while then when you push yourself and consume less and less portions of meats and switch your body to a more alkaline and less acidic by eating fruits and vegies your body will then begin to start using the back up fat as energy and people that are loosing more than 15 lbs a month are running and being so active that when their done they feel like their having a heart attack ... you just gotta stick to your diet keep pushing yourself .. its not going to happen in a month or a year if you are loosing a pound every 2 weeks thats considered a good loss might not seem like a lot but any more than that and you are probably working your liver and kidneys too hard and you may have renal failure.. Drink plenty of water , only drink tea and coffee black with no added glucose sugars and push yourself at least 2 days a week then 3 then 4 then 5 and always take a 2 day break in between and you will start loosing weight and keeping it off ... sometimes your body will not loose any weight that is because the fat is being stored on the outside of the stomach muscle wall that fat can take years to get rid of but if you work hard and keep a constant workout routine you will loose the weight and good luck

this was NOT that big of a deal
these people are making such a big deal about a few idiots storming the capitol building oh they tarnished the building we are showing the world we are weak NO ... we are not weak we were unprepared for what we thought would be a peaceful protest turned to 1 or 2 bad eggs in the whole basket started a cascade of madness and uncaring people ... the national guard came in and got everyone out of the building in 4 hours ... if this were to happen in another country it would have taken days buns bombs and other horrible things would have been used to destroy the place ... these 1 or 2 bad people just wanted their 20 seconds of fame so they could go to jail and spend the rest of their lives incarcerated for doing a stupid thing a few windows and very few lives were lost ... I think that is the way Democracy works people understand the mighty bullet and they most of all value their lives over the mighty bullet and the few lives that were lost because someone got trigger happy it was pure instinct and being afraid for their lives .... this is not a blemish on america IT IS A SHOW OF A LAPSE IN ORGANIZATION for 4 hours ... the good people retook the building and business went back to normal till the wee hours in the morning ...this was a show of GREAT STRENGTH IN THE POWER OF THE UNITED STATES any other country in the world would have torn the building down and really trashed the place and it would have taken days maybe weeks but the united states is powerful so dont let what you saw on television detour your mind about what actually happened cause this could happen anywhere at any time ... the mob mentality will be met with bullets and the choice to live or die because of what you believe will be faced before you and you have to decide weather your life here on earth is more valuable to you or your 15 minutes of fame on television .... I have already forgotten the faces of the people i saw on television last night .. have you ? be honest ! these people were nobody they were nothing they were a bug on the windshield of society and the wipers came and washed them all away in the course of an hour or maybe 2 they were all exited from the hall and business went on as usual until they adjourned because of tired like those people who were working were exhausted you could just tell the passion went from being high to please let me go the fuck home.... the passion to stand up for our country is great and only so much tired could be had before a recess needed to happen Hopefully they will come back tomorrow with fast count of the votes and everything will proceed as usual.... the president has had his account blocked for 12 hours from twitter and facebook due to inciting rioting across the nation ... this is what happen when you Lie to the people all the time about the truth about what reality is happening ... he claims that he won the election HE DID NOT he claims that there was fraud THERE WAS NOT he claims that the election was stolen from him IT WAS NOT and when you tell a mob of people who are as dumb as the sheep on a field they will believe anything you say BECAUSE YOUR THE FUCKING PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES and they should believe you WE ARE NOT STUPID MR PRESIDENT we have had enough of your BULLSHIT LIES AND DECEPTION you have done nothing to help this country in the last 4 years oh you signed some agreements and stayed out of peoples business for the most part but you need to TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR ACTIONS that is the way democracy works BE HONEST to the people who elected you to be their president to lead and guide the country TELL THE ABSOLUTE TRUTH nothing but the truth so help you god cause if you dont the SMART people will figure out your lies and realize what is going on and they will not only distrust you they WILL CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU as best as they can till they can get you out of office choose ACCEPTANCE instead of disbelief choose GUIDANCE for your next steps in life ... because right now you are the most laughed at president of all time and you will go down in history as the WORST president of the united states that ever was and you have taught america's children that it is OK TO LIE that is not the standards of america that is not the standards even for as an adult ... the news needed an upgrade with everyone having a cellphone these days anybody can become a reporter ... there is some good news going on out there there are people doing great jobs every day being honest telling people the truth having good morals even though they think otherwise showing people kindness showing people that you have a good moral upstanding in the community showing people that you can be serious talk about the important things healthcare childcare education transportation building structures ... but this year more than ever we need to STAND TOGETHER and STAY THE FUCK HOME ...if i were president i would tell people that they have 1 month to prepare to stay in their homes for an entire month go out buy refrigerators meat flour eggs oatmeal sugar milk all the things necessary to live 1 month and declare martial law put the country in absolute complete lockdown anybody caught outside would be shot on site minus ambulance drivers and police nobody should be going to the store nobody should be working no flights nobody should be going anywhere the only people that should be out are police ambulance and grocery delivery services that is the only way we are going to be able to get rid of this damn virus together I hop that we can all be better human beings in the future ... but yesterday was just a tiny insignificant thing that nobody will remember a month from now that happened minus the history of it 4 hours of interrupted work thats all ... a little bit of nothing !!
